What is the size of this top?

Please do NOT count the loop on your hook! It's very confusing because I don't think anyone does that. Very difficult to understand you, or see what you're doing in some areas. I'll try the written pattern, but again, please do NOT count the chain on your hook, for future reference. That's really going to throw a lot of people off.
